Villa Roqueta is a charming country house with a private pool, located in a peaceful rural area near the beaches of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. Ideal for 2 to 3 people, it offers peace, privacy, and comfort, combining tradition and modernity. Surrounded by gardens and terraces, it invites guests to enjoy the outdoors and the natural surroundings.



A short path leads to its entrance with antique wooden doors, opening into an open-plan space with a living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances and a separate pantry. In a separate annex, you’ll find the washing machine. From the living room, there is access to the bathroom with a large shower and the stylishly decorated double bedroom, complete with built-in wardrobes.



Outdoors, the covered terrace is perfect for al fresco dining, and the pool area is surrounded by lawn and a traditional Mallorcan patio — an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the weather and views. Villa Roqueta is the perfect retreat for a romantic getaway or a peaceful family holiday, with air conditioning, a cozy atmosphere, and a privileged location in the heart of Mallorca.



Important Information:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 applies during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On departure day, no rubbish should be left in the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.



Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
