To the right hand side, 2 generously sized bedrooms include a king size room and a twin room, one with an ensuite shower facility,and an additional separate bathroom. The Residents pool is reached by elevator or stairs - ideal for adults morning exercise and for childrens playtime, before or after the beach.
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is a one-level property with elevator access from the road side and to the private underground garage parking.

Personal Check-In: Whenever possible, a Guest Service Manager will welcome you on arrival. Some properties use key boxes if a personal check-in is not possible or required.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.
GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:

You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
