The beautiful villa Bella is located not far from the city of Zadar, on the island of Pašman, which can be reached by ferry. Pašman is an island of beautiful nature and beautiful beaches that invite you to relax or have a light recreation. It is also called the island of happiness and joy, and is located in the Zadar archipelago and is one of the largest Croatian islands. It is connected to the island of Ugljan by a bridge in the Ždrelac passage. In addition, near Pašman there is the world-famous Galešnjak, the so-called island of love, recognizable by its heart shape.

This villa, located only 70 meters from the sea, is ready to open its doors to a maximum of 12 people who have 396 m2 of living space at their disposal. Consisting of two parts, there are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, while there are 3 more rooms on the first floor. All 6 bedrooms have double beds, and the master bedroom has a sea view and its own en suite bathroom. There are 3 more bathrooms and one separate toilet. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi. As an additional feature, you can use a washing machine, dryer and iron.

The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped with everything you need to prepare lunch or dinner for family and friends. In the large living room you will enjoy watching your favorite movies or shows. From the kitchen and dining room there is a direct exit to the outdoor terrace which contains a dining table and a barbecue. There is also a seating area and a heated 40 m2 pool where you can refresh yourself during the day or night. Next to the pool there are sun loungers, perfect for reading a book or enjoying the sun.

The villa is fully fenced and offers 2 parking spaces in the garage and 4 more outdoor parking spaces.



*Security deposit is €500,00 and if it is a younger group then it is €1.000,00 (refundable upon departure if there is no damage).

*Villa Bella is pet friendly and can accommodate a maximum of 1 dog with a fee of €10,00 per day.

*Also, in the tavern this villa can accommodate an additional 4 people for a fee of €200,00 per person per week.



Considering the cleanliness of the sea mentioned at the beginning, it is definitely worth paying attention to the beaches there, which are truly in abundance. What immediately catches the eye is that many of them are sandy or the sea right next to the coast has a sandy bottom, which is why they are great for families with small children. Filled with natural beauty, you can enjoy two bicycle paths, one mountain and one recreational by the sea. Each of them will fill all your senses. The Veliki Bokolj viewpoint is the highest peak on the island of Pašman and offers silence and a view that you can rarely experience anywhere else.
