Pool access is inclusive, featuring a specialized pool hoist for safe and easy entry into the water for guests with mobility issues.

The residence is served by two modern bathrooms: one on the ground floor (accessible from the ground-floor bedrooms and living room) and one on the first floor (accessible from the upper bedrooms and small living room). Convenience is key, with a washing machine and iron/ironing board provided on each floor.

Note on Accessibility: The ground-floor bathroom is specifically adapted for individuals with mobility difficulties, featuring a wide door opening, support rails by the toilet and shower, a lowered sink, and a step-free shower for easy wheelchair access.
