One of the least touristic yet wonderful areas of Athens with many things to offer. Pagrati/Mets is full of hip bars and cafés from high-end Michelin star dining (Spondi) to more casual joints (Fish Point) with it’s half fish market/ half sushi offerings. Make sure to stop by the organic grocery next door!

Just minutes from Alsos Park where you can find a perfect afternoon walk in the wooded pine tree grounds. This area is situated just behind the Panathenaico stadium and at the far end it meets the First Cemetery of Athens. Go there for a peaceful round and visit many 19th century graves.

At the center is Varnava square, a bustling circle with many cafe`s and hip corner bars. Traditional food, meze (small plate) dinner options and late night crawls can all be found. This is an exciting area with the new Goulandris Museum of Modern Art just 5 minutes away by foot.

Discover Acropolis views from unexpected hilly locales. The Pagrati neighborhood is a 10 minute walk to the National Gardens and 15 minute walk to the Blue Metro (direct airport) line. Right at the center without all the fuss!

Find the brand new Goulandris museum of Modern art at just 250m. Also in walking distance are the Benaki museum and the stunning museum of Cycladic art. Not to forget for our hikers the National Gardens!

1. Parties or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property.
2. Any individuals or groups found to have booked the property with the intent of hosting a party or gathering will be required to cancel their booking, and no refund will be provided.
3. Only individuals listed on the reservation are permitted to enter the property.
4. Guests must ensure that the keys to the property are not left behind in the lock and that any lost keys are reported immediately. The cost of replacing the lock will be the responsibility of the guest.
5. Guests are expected to maintain a reasonable level of noise during quiet hours, which are between 1 pm and 5 pm and after 10 pm until 7 am.
6. In compliance with local regulations, the passport number of the individual who booked the property will be required. Greek citizens are also required to provide their AFM number.
7. Guests are responsible for providing an accurate count of the number of guests staying in the property, including children of age 2 and above. Additional bed linens may be provided upon request for an additional charge.
8. Checkout is at 11:00 am, unless an alternate time has been agreed upon in advance. Any guests found to be on the property after checkout time will be charged the daily rate.
9. Guests are responsible for ensuring that the high-quality white sheets and towels provided are not stained. Any damages will be charged to the guest.
10. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and any guests found to have smoked inside will be charged a penalty of €150.
11. Commercial use of the property, including photoshoots and video shoots, is only permitted with the prior consent of the property owner. Different rates apply for commercial use.
12. Shipping packages or mail to the property is not permitted and the property owner is not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages.
13. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Any guests found to be in violation of these rules will be held liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
14. When reporting any issues with the property, guests authorize the property owner to access the property as necessary to address the issue.
