This villa is something special, having been artistically decorated by its owners, who are filmmakers and artists, and it offers a unique and creative atmosphere.

It is a private home with a very personal style, decorated with objects and belongings of the owners. Its charm lies precisely in this authentic and lived-in ambiance, quite different from standard tourist accommodations. It is not a “catalogue house” freshly prepared, but a home with history and character — ideal for those seeking a genuine and welcoming experience.



Here you will enjoy peace and privacy with sea views and a countryside setting. The house is located about 10 minutes by car from the picturesque village of Frigiliana and 15 minutes from the beaches of Nerja. The last 300 metres to the house are on an unpaved but well-maintained road. The location is ideal for both relaxation and adventure: explore the hiking trails of the rugged Sierra Tejada, discover the beaches of the Costa Tropical, or visit the charming Frigiliana, voted the most beautiful village in Spain.



Outside you will find three terraces and, down a few steps, a 10 x 5 m swimming pool surrounded by fruit trees such as mangoes, avocados and lemons. In high season the pool is fully maintained; in low season maintenance can be arranged upon request.



At the entrance of the house there is a small sitting area like a bay window with views of the countryside and the sea on the horizon. From there you access a spacious kitchen, beautifully decorated in traditional Andalusian country style and equipped with refrigerator/freezer, gas hob, oven, washing machine and all kinds of utensils.



In the main living room, the owner’s personality is even more evident — with original paintings, creative touches and a wide collection of books — all combined in the warm atmosphere of a country home.



The villa accommodates up to 6 people and features 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and 3 bathrooms.

One of the bedrooms and one bathroom are located in an independent apartment on the lower floor, beneath the large terrace.



The house has air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms.
