Apartment

The apartment in Barcelona has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. Accommodation of 75 m². The building has a lift, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, 1 Television. The American kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



Please take note of the following important information before booking:



- Towels, bed linen and toilet paper are included upon arrival; however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.



- Baby cot:

Price: £30.00 per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.



-Additional Guest:

Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 € per night.



-Late arrival:



- Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside of this time, we will charge €30 in cash, after 10 PM it will be €50, and from 1 AM, €100



- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekend, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22:00, after 22:00 it will be 50 EUR and from 1:00 onwards it will be 100 euros



- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros



- The Tourist Tax currently in force in Barcelona 2023 will be applied (€6.25/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).



- Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and the patio.



- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).



The property shall not be liable under any circumstances for theft, burglary or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.

Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.

The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.



Check-in is in-person. The check-in agent's contact will be communicated a few days before arrival to coordinate the arrival time at the apartment.

The online registration link will automatically appear in the Airbnb conversation 4 days before arrival.

The tourist tax is not included in the reservation price. It will be paid on the day of arrival, or a few days before, through a card payment link; you can always pay in cash upon arrival if you prefer.

Check-out/self-checkout is at 11:00 and autonomous. Both sets of keys must be left inside the apartment, on the living room table.
