This charming studio apartment is in the centre of Polignano A Mare, only a 4-minute walk from the sea. With stone walls and a vaulted ceiling, the studio is full of character and ideal for a couple who want to explore the beautiful Puglian coast.

The front door leads directly into the living area, which is furnished with a sofa and a Smart TV. To the right is a neat kitchenette, equipped with an induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and small fridge. There is also a dining table for two.

The double bed is in an alcove at the back of the room, and the bathroom is next to that.

Location
Polignano A Mare dates back to the 4th Century BC and is packed with history. The studio is centrally located, so guests will find all amenities within walking distance. It is only a 15-minute walk from Polignano a Mare’s most famous beach, Lama Monachile. This stretch of coast is known for its pristine beaches and sparkling sea. It is an ideal combination of history, culture and beach life.

Down the coast, visitors will find the town of Monopoli (15 minutes), one of Italy’s hidden gems. Known for its lively bars and nightlife, the town’s cathedral and the Castello di Carlo are also worth visiting.


Away from the sea, Alberobello, (35 minutes) is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as one of the centres of Italy’s Slow Food Movement. The town is a must-see. It is famous for its traditional Trulli houses and excellent restaurants.

The closest airport is at Bari, a 45-minute drive from the apartment.
