This charming 127 m² three-bedroom house in Gaula offers the perfect retreat for families on Madeira Island. Its decor blends modern style with the style of a typical Portuguese house.

The living area features comfortable sofas, a TV to watch your favorite shows, and a dining table ideal for shared meals and memorable conversations.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious homemade meals, with a stove, microwave, coffee machine, and all the necessary kitchen utensils to make your culinary experience effortless.

The accommodation features three bedrooms, ideal for resting after a day of exploration. Two of the bedrooms feature a double bed, and the additional room is furnished with bunk beds, making it ideal for children. All beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure peaceful nights.

The property includes two well-equipped bathrooms, each thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to ensure a worry-free and comfortable stay.

Please note that access to the accommodation requires climbing stairs.

Gaula is a charming civil parish in the municipality of Santa Cruz, Madeira, Portugal. Located on the island's south coast, Gaula offers a peaceful, idyllic setting surrounded by nature. The area is known for its verdant landscapes, rolling hills and breathtaking ocean views.

If you love nature, you'll find several trails to explore here, such as Levada dos Tornos and Levada do Caniço. It's a place where residents and visitors alike can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside while being close to the amenities of the coast. Gaula is also famous for its traditional Madeiran architecture, with houses adorned with tiles and colourful flowers.

The neighbourhood offers a range of outdoor activities, such as hiking, exploring picturesque trails and picnicking in the countryside. What's more, Gaula is ideally located near Madeira's international airport, making it easily accessible to travellers.

The property is easily accessible by car.

There is no public transport available in the surrounding area.

Madeira Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

"This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included)."
