Villa Vista Hills is a luxurious three-level retreat set in the charming village of Mošćenice, just a short drive from elegant Opatija and the beautiful beaches of Kvarner. Designed to create a sense of calm from the moment you enter, the villa opens toward breathtaking panoramic sea views, offering an atmosphere of serenity, space, and Mediterranean charm.
Accommodating 10 guests, with the possibility of 4 additional guests on extra beds, the villa features five stylish, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, TV, and private balcony access. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, while two occupy the top floor together with a spacious, fully equipped office.
The central living area sits on the middle level: a bright, elegant space furnished with premium Italian pieces, flowing into a contemporary kitchen designed under the guidance of a professional chef and a refined dining area. Large sliding doors open onto the terrace with a heated pool, sun loungers, a lounge zone, and an alfresco dining table with a barbecue, perfect for relaxed evenings with family and friends.
The ground floor is dedicated to socializing and wellness. A charming tavern with a kitchen and a wine cellar invites gatherings, local wine tasting, and convivial meals. The spa area includes a sauna, Jacuzzi, and massage table, ideal for rejuvenation. Families will appreciate thegame room, equipped with PlayStation 4 and a curated selection of games, plus toys for children, while active guests can use the fully equipped private gym.
To elevate your stay, Villa Vista Hills can arrange additional services on request, including a private professional chef and an experienced massage therapist.
The fully enclosed property provides privacy and convenient parking: two garage spaces and four outdoor parking spots, with an electric vehicle charging station available. Small dogs are welcome upon prior request.
