The ideal place for unwinding after a day on the slopes, the space is furnished with a sofa bed, a dining table and a flatscreen Satellite TV. The kitchen is fitted with a Moka coffee machine, a cooker hob, a microwave and a fridge freezer. There\'s even a skiboot heater to keep your gear warm and dry.

Location

The property is situated in the year-round alpine ski resort of Livigno along ‘Via Canton’, close to the Swiss border. There is a shuttle stop, a restaurant and a small supermarket within walking distance. In the centre of town (a 4-minute drive / 10-minute walk), guests will find an extensive range of restaurants, cafes and bars, alongside live music venues and tax-free shopping opportunities.

Perfect for winter sports, Livigno is home to one of the best Snowboard parks in all of Europe, a great Ski school and a fantastic range of Ski runs; perfect for all ages and abilities. From Snow Go-karting, ice skating, zip wiring, horse riding and gym work outs to tree-top climbing at the Larix Park; there is also as much to enjoy off the Ski slopes! Mottolino Fun Mountain and the main Livigno Ski Area are both approximately a 5-minute drive away.

The resort is also popular with hikers and climbers in the spring and summer months, and the Mottolino Bike Park (a 5-minute drive) offers a spectacular setting for cyclists too.
