This spacious 4-bedroom apartment is thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay, making it an excellent choice for families, groups, or business travelers. Accommodating up to 12 guests, the first bedroom features a double bed and a sofa bed, providing space for up to 3 people. The second bedroom includes two double beds, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed, perfect for 2 people, while the fourth bedroom offers a queen bed and a sofa bed, accommodating up to 3 guests. Each room also includes a clothes rack for convenient storage, ensuring a clutter-free and relaxing environment. The high-quality mattresses and soft linens promise restful nights, while the tasteful decor creates a warm and inviting ambiance that feels like home.



The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for all your culinary needs, featuring essential appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove, and tea-coffee maker, as well as a washing machine. A complete set of cutlery, pans, and utensils ensures a seamless and enjoyable cooking experience, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full-course meal.



The apartment includes a modern bathroom fully stocked with fresh towels, quality toiletries, and a spacious shower. In addition, there is a half bathroom with a toilet and a larger bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub. The clean and functional design ensures you have everything you need for a refreshing start or end to your day. Large windows throughout the apartment allow natural light to fill the space, creating a bright and cheerful atmosphere.



Street parking is available for €2.10 per hour from 9 am to 10 pm Monday through Friday, free during evenings, weekends, and holidays. For affordable options, the Park + Ride Leopoldau garage is a 10-minute drive away, costing €1.50 per hour and €6 per day.



The Floridsdorfer Wasserpark is a 10-minute drive and offers a serene escape with scenic ponds, walking paths, and green spaces perfect for picnics. SR Donaufeld, a local sports facility just 5 minutes away by car, provides various recreational opportunities to stay active.
