This lovely house is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area, offering multiple dining options.

The living room features a welcoming space with a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a TV for enjoying your favorite shows, and reliable WiFi so you can stay connected or catch up on work.

The dining area sits just beside it, providing the perfect setting for shared meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, as well as a dishwasher and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal.

All three bedrooms are located on the first level.
The master bedroom offers a double bed and an ensuite shower, ensuring privacy and comfort.

The second bedroom features a cozy queen bed.

The third bedroom is ideal for families, offering three single beds and a single sofa couch.

A shared bathroom with a shower is also available on this floor, equipped with towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Step outside onto the patio, a serene spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. You’ll also find a peaceful garden where you can soak up the sun and relax, just moments away from the energy of Ponta Delgada.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Casa do Visconde is located in a quiet area of Ponta Delgada, perfect for relaxing and exploring the city on foot. Within a few minutes, you’ll find supermarkets, cozy cafés, and restaurants offering the best Azorean cuisine. The main attractions of the historic center, such as churches, gardens, and the port, are just a short walk away. The area is safe and well served by public transport, making it easy to explore the whole island. It’s the ideal starting point for discovering São Miguel's unique landscapes.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

João Paulo II airport is an 8-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
