The house is spread over two main floors plus a spacious rooftop terrace and offers three terraces in total, perfect for enjoying the sun and the Mediterranean climate. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped independent kitchen, a bright living room with sofa, dining table, TV and direct access to one of the terraces, as well as a guest toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and air conditioning, and another with two single beds. They share a complete bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet. From this floor, there is access to another terrace with lovely countryside views.



On the top floor you will find the large solarium terrace with stunning sea views, a barbecue and a dining area – perfect for al fresco meals or an evening drink while enjoying the sunset.
