NOTE: This studio apartment is small, has only a sofa bed, and is located below ground level near the parking garage. It can sometimes feel a bit humid or have a slight smell. It’s a cheaper alternative and has been very popular for long-term stays - feel free to ask us if you have any concerns!

The apartment sits in a peaceful residential area of Cannes—perfect for unwinding while still staying close to everything you need. Within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find cafés, supermarkets, bakeries, and all your daily essentials, making it easy to settle in and live like a true local.



A 15-minute stroll brings you to La Croisette, the beach, and the lively city center, yet you’ll always enjoy returning to the calm, garden-like atmosphere of the neighborhood. For an unforgettable start to your day, we highly recommend the 30-minute walk to Vue Super-Cannes, a breathtaking viewpoint where you can watch the sunrise over the bay—a perfect blend of local living, convenience, and Côte d’Azur charm.



Getting Around:

BUS: Convenient local routes provide easy access to La Croisette, the city center, and nearby beaches.

TRAIN: Gare de Cannes is just 1.3 km away (around a 15-minute walk). Cannes-la-Bocca Station is 4.1 km away.

UBER / TAXI: A highly recommended option—fast, reliable, and surprisingly affordable in Cannes.



Other Things to Note:

Upon booking, you’ll receive access to our Guest Portal, where you’ll find all essential information, including check-in instructions, access details, the house manual, and more. Completion of the Guest Portal is required before check-in. This includes agreeing to our house rules, submitting a valid ID for verification, and authorizing a €300 security deposit. The deposit is fully refundable after your stay once our housekeeping team has inspected and approved the apartment.
