The chalet is in the heart of Montriond village, just down the Valley from Morzine (2km, 5-minute drive) with easy access to the Ardent lift (6-minute drive) for high altitude skiing in Avoriaz. The village centre is just 100m away and has 3 bar/restaurants, a supermarket with bakery and an excellent ski shop. Lac Montriond is a 20-minute walk away with a further 4 restaurants and an abundance of summer activities. There is also a ski bus stop close by for easy access to Ardent or Morzine.
