Situated on a quiet street near the centre of Riposto, Venera Resort offers easy walking to nearby shops, bars, restaurants, the town square and marina, and the beach. This makes it perfect for exploring the local area by foot, and also a great base for further exploring Sicily.
The house is close to Taormina and Catania both are about 20 mins away, nearest beach is 10 ins walk, Etna is 40/45 mins by car. train station (GIARRE-RIPOSTO) is 15 mins walk from the house.

The space
Venera Reposto is accessed directly off a quiet street, close to the town centre. The property has recently been renovated, and has fibre broadband and wifi in all areas. There is free parking on the street 50m walk from the property.

The ground floor contains an air-conditioned open-plan living room and dining area, leading through to a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob with extractor, sink with drainer, full size fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a fully equipped bathroom with shower, sink with illuminated mirror and storage draws, toilet and bidet.

Both the living room and kitchen have external doors leading to an external staircase at the rear of the property. These external stairs lead to the first floor and the top roof terrace. The kitchen also contains a spiral staircase that leads to the first floor. Please note - the internal spiral stairs are quite narrow, and therefore may not be suitable for very large people or those with special mobility requirements.

The first floor has two bedrooms, both with air-conditioning, king size beds, wardrobes with hanging space and shelves, and a full length mirror. The master bedroom also contains a chest-of-draws. There is a full bathroom on this floor, with shower, basin with storage draw and illuminated mirror, toilet and bidet. The area at the top off the spiral staircase has additional storage with an iron and ironing board, and a door to the external stairs.

The roof terrace has views over the neighbouring rooftops, and you can see Mount Etna in the distance. There is a large dining table with six chairs, two sun loungers, a parasol, and an outdoor sofa with low table. There is also a separate room on this top floor. At the entrance there is storage for garden furniture and the laundry drying frame, and a fridge-freezer. There is also a small internal room that has the washing machine, utility sink, and a toilet.

Guest access
Guests have the entire property to themselves. Access is from a private front door on the street.
