Guests have exclusive access to the entire suite, including all indoor areas and the private balcony. The apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible by elevator, ensuring easy movement and comfort throughout your stay.
A free private parking space is available in the building’s covered area, reserved exclusively for guests of the Terra Chic Retreat Suite.
Upon arrival, we will be personally present to welcome you, hand over the keys, and provide all the necessary information about the suite and the area. Throughout your stay, we remain available for any assistance or guidance you may need, always with full respect for your privacy.
For security reasons, there is a surveillance camera installed outside the entrance of the apartment, which monitors only the exterior area and does not record the interior of the property.

Vehicle pick-up can be arranged directly from either Chania or Heraklion Airport at no extra charge.
