Designed with a deep respect for the natural topography, the property blends cave dwellings and elegant stone architecture that open out to breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and the neighbouring Cycladic islands. The house is part of an exclusive complex committed to privacy, sustainability, and an immersive natural experience.



The residence enjoys a privileged position just 200 metres from charming local tavernas and traditional homes, while the beach of Agali lies a mere 1800 metres to the south. The setting provides both seclusion and convenient access to the cultural and natural highlights of the island, including the nearby folklore museum.



Meraki House spans two levels and offers 65 square metres of beautifully appointed living space, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a comfortable living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The house opens onto a spacious private terrace with a swimming pool, offering panoramic sea views and complete privacy.



Carefully selected materials and natural finishes are used throughout, including ecological textiles and hypoallergenic mattresses made of natural latex. Daily housekeeping ensures comfort, while guests may also request a laptop, tablet, or mobile phone during their stay. A smart TV, autonomous air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a private gym area are also included for guests’ enjoyment.



Every detail at Meraki House has been curated to enhance wellness and relaxation. From high-quality cotton sheets and bathrobes to locally inspired bathroom products and planted rooftops that merge harmoniously with the surrounding landscape, the house offers a holistic retreat within nature.



Laundry and ironing services are available upon request, and guests are provided with beach towels for their convenience. Smoking is prohibited indoors but is permitted on the outdoor terrace.



There is no security deposit required for stays at Meraki House. However, guests should note that any additional services such as laundry, ironing, or chartered flight arrangements are available at extra cost. A porter service is also provided to assist with arrival and departure.
