Surrounded by olive groves and bathed in sea breeze, this elegant residence spans 110 m² of interior living space, complemented by a generous 70 m² outdoor terrace complete with a private pool and uninterrupted sea views.



Designed with understated luxury and timeless style, Villa Helios Serenity comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests across three spacious double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. Two rooms are appointed with large double beds, while the third features two single beds. A plush sofa bed in the living room can sleep a seventh guest, and up to two additional beds may be added upon request. An extra bathroom adjacent to the living area ensures convenience and privacy for all guests.



The villa's interiors are airy and light-filled, combining modern comforts with tasteful decor. The open-plan living room, anchored by a charming fireplace, flows into a fully equipped kitchen and dining space. Here, guests will find a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all essential kitchenware. A high chair is available for families with young children. For added convenience, a washing machine, ironing facilities, air conditioning, and complimentary toiletries are also provided.



Outdoors, the private terrace is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertaining. Dine al fresco with views of the sea and gardens, bask in the Mediterranean sun by the pool, or unwind with a glass of wine on the upper-level balconies that overlook the Ionian Sea.



The villa benefits from daily housekeeping and is serviced by attentive staff dedicated to ensuring a smooth and indulgent stay. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a bottle of wine and fresh flowers. Daily newspapers are provided, and luxury bath amenities are replenished throughout the stay.



Within walking distance, guests will find a small selection of authentic tavernas serving local and Mediterranean cuisine. The nearby villages of Alykes and Alykanas, only a short drive away, offer more beach options, shops, and local attractions. The world-famous Shipwreck Beach and other highlights of Zakynthos are easily accessible by car, making Villa Helios Serenity an excellent base for exploring the island.

Not included in the booking price: Flights, additional transfers, food and beverages, and any other items not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.



There is no security deposit required for this villa. However, all prices are to be reconfirmed at the time of booking and no discounts are applied to empty beds.
