This residence offers an inviting main living area with a comfortable lounge, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen, complemented by soft vaulted lines that reflect local architectural tradition. Two serene bedrooms and an additional mezzanine sleeping or leisure space provide flexibility for couples, families, or small groups seeking a refined and peaceful escape. Two modern bathrooms and dedicated storage areas ensure comfort during longer stays. Outdoors, guests may enjoy a private terrace with a pool that frames sweeping views, ideal for relaxed mornings, sundowner cocktails, and quiet evenings beneath the sky.



Villa Euthymia is thoughtfully furnished with air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, coffee machine, full cooking facilities, and carefully selected linens and amenities. The residence is designed for guests seeking calm and privacy, and therefore does not permit parties or events. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Children over 13 years old are welcome, however cots and extra beds are not provided.



A refundable damage deposit may be requested according to the property’s policy, and guests may be charged up to €300 after check-out should any damage occur. Any additional services such as private transfers, in-villa dining, curated excursions, or housekeeping enhancements can be arranged upon request in advance of arrival, subject to availability and supplementary charges.
