The villa itself covers 170 sqm and is arranged over three levels, comfortably accommodating up to six guests across three elegant double bedrooms, two of which feature en-suite bathrooms. The master suite on the upper floor opens onto a spacious private balcony, while on the lower level there is an optional single bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, independent entrance, smart TV, and air conditioning, available upon request for accompanying staff.



The villa's exterior is a true highlight, designed for laid-back Mediterranean living. The 42 sqm private swimming pool with hydromassage feature is flanked by sunbeds and an outdoor shower, while a shaded lounge area under a pergola houses a dining table and bar, perfectly protected from the Meltemi winds and ideal for alfresco entertaining day or night. Villa Artemis is fully air-conditioned and equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room, a security alarm system with CCTV, safe boxes, and smoke alarms. Refundable damage deposit

A damage deposit of € 1,500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
