Just a short drive from the vibrant Lindos village and only a two-minute walk to the beach, the villa is an ideal setting for a relaxing Mediterranean escape.



The property’s elevated position affords breathtaking panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding natural landscape, which can be enjoyed from the beautifully appointed outdoor areas. A spacious sun terrace surrounds the 8x5 metre private pool and features a built-in barbecue, shaded dining area, and comfortable sun loungers—perfect for leisurely afternoons and al fresco dining. An outdoor jacuzzi and shower cubicle further enhance the experience.



Inside, Villa Kallithea combines elegant décor with a warm, welcoming ambience. The open-plan living space is bathed in natural light through expansive patio doors, offering direct views of the pool and sea. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes high-end appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and washing machine, as well as all necessary utensils and cookware. Adjacent to the kitchen is a stylish lounge with ample seating and a 40" satellite flat-screen TV, ideal for evenings of relaxation.



All five double bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms is uniquely designed as an attic room beneath the roof, also complete with its own bathroom and walk-in shower. Linens and towels are provided, with optional towel and sheet changes available at an additional charge.



Villa Kallithea offers complimentary high-speed WiFi throughout, air conditioning in all rooms, and private on-site parking without the need for prior reservation. Guests also have access to a wide range of nearby activities including beach outings, diving, windsurfing, canoeing, and fishing. Additional services such as car hire, airport shuttle, and in-villa massages are available upon request and may incur extra charges.



There is no security deposit required for this villa. Staff and housekeeping are not included in the standard rental but can be arranged as an additional service upon request.
