From its terraces, Villa Kyma affords panoramic views over the Aegean Sea, the famous Mykonian sunsets, and the winding lanes of the town below—creating a truly atmospheric and exclusive escape.



The villa is thoughtfully laid out across multiple levels, offering 322 square metres of interior living space within a private 2,000m² plot. The main residence features a spacious living area, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, all finished in a clean-lined aesthetic with natural tones and textures. The four en-suite bedrooms—two in the main house and two in separate guest houses—are designed with understated elegance and comfort in mind, including features such as walk-in wardrobes, smart 4K TVs, and premium bedding. The villa can accommodate up to eight guests in total privacy.



Outside, the beautifully landscaped grounds offer a range of areas for both relaxation and entertaining. The 36m² private swimming pool is situated on a separate level and framed by sun loungers, a shaded outdoor lounge, and an alfresco dining space under a pergola, all designed to shield guests from the island’s characteristic winds. A barbecue area and a small micro-farm with local crops add further charm to the outdoor living experience.



Guests staying at Villa Kyma enjoy a suite of luxury services, including daily light cleaning, linen and towel changes twice per week, professional pool care, and garden maintenance. Additional services such as laundry and ironing can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. Air conditioning is provided throughout, along with high-speed Wi-Fi, a security alarm system, and curated bath amenities by Apivita for a luxurious stay.



Villa Kyma is ideally located just 400 metres (a six-minute walk) from Mykonos town, while the island’s most celebrated beach clubs and restaurants—including Scorpios, Nammos, Buddha-Bar, Principote, and Alemagou—are all within a 10 to 15-minute drive. The airport and port are conveniently nearby, at 3km and 3.8km respectively.



Kindly note that this property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties. A damage deposit of €1,500 is required upon arrival, which will be collected in cash. This deposit is fully refundable in cash at check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. The minimum age for check-in is 18. While payment for your stay is processed in advance by Booking.com, guests must ensure they have cash available on-site for any extras. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa. Parties or events of any kind are not permitted, and pets are not allowed.
