The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a dishwasher, cooking utensils, and cookware, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease.

The bedroom features a plush double bed with hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the city.

The bathroom offers a refreshing shower and comes stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your comfort. A washer is also available for your convenience, perfect for longer stays.

Professionally cleaned for your comfort, this apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Please note that the elevator is not yet operational, as the building is newly constructed.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the heart of Porto's vibrant Santo Ildefonso neighborhood. Explore nearby attractions like the stunning São Bento Station and the historic Majestic Café. This area is renowned for its lively atmosphere, rich cultural experiences, and diverse dining options.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, São Bento, is just a 7-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
