1 double ensuite bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, pool view, and direct access to the terrace;

• First floor:

1 double ensuite bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and balcony;

1 twin bedroom with balcony overlooking the pool;

1 double bedroom and private balcony.

• Additional shared bathroom upstairs.

There’s also a guest WC on the ground floor and an outdoor WC for extra comfort and convenience when spending time by the pool.

Outside:

Enjoy your private infinity pool surrounded by sun loungers, lounge seating, an outdoor dining area, and a charcoal BBQ — the perfect space to relax or entertain under the Algarve sun.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

• Youth groups are not permitted.

• For groups of 9 to 10 guests, extra beds will be provided for the additional sleeping arrangements.

TOURIST TAX

In accordance with Portuguese law and Albufeira Municipal Council regulations, the Municipal Tourist Tax must be paid by all guests.

• High season (April 1 – Oct 31): €2.00 per person, per night

• Charged for a maximum of 7 nights per guest

• Applies to guests aged 13 and over

• Not included in the accommodation price


RENTAL AGREEMENT

The booking holder will receive the Rental Agreement to read and accept prior to arrival.
Acceptance is mandatory for property access.


ONLINE CHECK-IN

All guests must complete the online check-in prior to arrival.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679.


Prior to arrival, guests will receive a notification with instructions to complete the online check-in, pay the tourist tax, and accept the Rental Agreement.
