Enjoy an authentic Tuscan experience in Charming Borgo Ciclamino, a beautiful apartment for 5 in one of the loveliest parts of Italy. An avenue of Cyprus trees leads to this small village of 5 houses and 12 apartments. Set in picturesque countryside, guests can look forward to a relaxing holiday.

The ground-floor apartment (there are 5 steps up to the entrance) is traditionally built with terracotta floors and stone walls. The open-plan living area consists of a sofa, armchairs and a flat-screen TV. There is a dining table for 6 next to the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Lavazza coffee machine and toaster. Guests can also enjoy meals al fresco on the private terrace outside the front door.

The property is surrounded by extensive grounds and well-kept gardens, with a shared, protected swimming pool. The pool has several sun loungers, a seating area and parasols for guests to relax. There is also a large, communal BBQ area with tables for relaxed meals. Guests can enjoy the shared table tennis, table football, five-a-side football and giant chess, as well as the dense forest where children will find a small playground.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a single bed and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has two single beds and a chest of drawers.

Location
The apartment is well-situated, close to some of the most popular cities and towns in Tuscany; Florence (1 hour 15 minutes), Siena (1 hour), San Gimignano (30 minutes) and Pisa, (1 hour). It is close to the Chianti region, so guests can visit one of the many vineyards nearby to try the famous wines.
For self-catering, Montaione’s weekly market (Friday morning) is only 10 minutes away. Here you can find the freshest local produce to cook at home. For more day-to-day items, there is also a supermarket in the town.

Both Florence and Pisa’s international airports are just under an hour away by car.
