Villa Lunea VII is a modern villa by the sea in Trogir, designed to welcome up to 10 guests. With 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a spacious layout, it offers a mix of comfort and convenience for families or groups.

The living space includes a comfortable sofa with green chairs, a dining table for the whole group, and a large TV. A fully equipped kitchen with an island makes cooking easy, and from here you can step into the backyard with a coffee table.
The outdoor areas are built for enjoying the sea view. On the pool terrace, guests can swim in the heated pool, sunbathe on loungers, or share a meal at the outdoor dining table. A shower is available for convenience. On the upper level, a balcony features an outdoor kitchen and a jacuzzi, perfect for evenings with a view.
Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom. Some rooms have king-size beds, others doubles, and most include terraces with sea views. TVs, mirrors, and small art details make them both practical and comfortable.
You can find entertainment in the private room that combines cinema and fitness. Guests can watch films on a projector with Netflix or Apple TV, or work out with fitness machines, weights, or cardio equipment. A sauna is available for winding down afterward.
The villa is located less than 15 minutes on foot from Trogir’s UNESCO-protected Old Town, known for its restaurants, cafes, and shops. Beach bars are close by, and Split Airport can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
