Completed in 2023, the larger villa combines striking modern aesthetics with generous living spaces, offering a luxurious setting for up to six guests. Its bold black-and-white interior design is paired with high-end amenities and spacious outdoor features.



The villa includes three chic bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds that can convert into a king-sized bed. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with 32" smart TVs, safes, electric shutters, and direct access to the pool terrace. Two rooms feature ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers, while the third shares an elegant main bathroom with shower.



The open-concept living room is bright and airy, with large windows framing views of the pool and garden. A sleek, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and modern appliances, while a washing machine and dryer are also provided for guest convenience.



Outdoors, a large 1000 sq.m area includes a private pool with hydromassage, comfortable sunbeds, a shaded canopy bed, a shower, and a barbecue area with a covered dining space. For more active visitors, a private tennis court and basketball hoop – with all equipment provided – offer added fun and entertainment.
