Welcome to our villa in the peaceful village of Choumeri, just 4.5 kilometers from the town of Perama, 10 kilometers from the seaside village of Panormo, and 30 kilometers from the city of Rethymno.The villa features four bedrooms and can accommodate up to seven guests, upon request, an extra bed can be provided for an additional guest offering ideal conditions for families or groups of friends seeking comfort and relaxation.On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a 42-inch TV offering satellite channels, as well as access to Netflix and Disney+ for endless entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine so you can enjoy your coffee any time of the day. There is also a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed.Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed, along with a second bathroom.The outdoor area includes a private swimming pool of 34 square meters with sun loungers and umbrellas for shade, as well as a barbecue area with a large dining table, perfect for meals and relaxing moments in nature. All balconies are furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying your coffee, reading, or simply unwinding.
The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning, wireless internet, a washing machine and dishwasher, and also offers private parking, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.
