Comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests, it has 3 bedrooms, a large living room and Kitchen as well as a lovely Conservatory area, ideal for dining, reading or just relaxing and taking in the sea view. Large landscaped garden area. The family friendly community swimming pool is just across the road.

The space:

The Villa is located in the quiet and safe community of La Colina, on the Fuerteventura Golf club complex, with lovely views of Caleta bay. Situated in a quiet area with a mix of residential and holiday homes, and only 1.5km away from the nearest beach and shopping centre and just a 15 minute drive from the airport.

Bedroom 1 upstairs has a king size bed and plenty of wardrobe storage, and features a small balcony with views of the Atlantic ocean and Caleta de Fuste.

The second upstairs bedroom has twin beds, a large wardrobe and large patio window. Both upstairs bedrooms are comfortable, sunny and bright, and have large ceiling fans.

Bedroom 3 downstairs has a king size bed and chest of drawer storage and 2 bedside tables. Floor standing fans are also provided in each bedroom.

The living room is comfortable and modern, with sofas to relax and a 60” Smart TV and Soundbar with a wide selection of satellite channels, movies and apps including English channels. Fast Internet access with free wi-fi is also included.

The kitchen is bright and well-equipped with plenty of space for meal preparation including an electric oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. It has a lovely view out to the side garden. The utility room houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The main bathroom upstairs has a toilet, bidet, walk-in shower and large sink/vanity area. Another smaller downstairs bathroom has a handy WC and sink.

The property has a large garden and patio with tables and chairs for outdoor dining as well as 4 sun loungers.

Guests have full use of the fabulous communal swimming pool located just 50 meters across the road, with a large swimming pool and separate children's pool, free to use sun loungers, parasols, WCs and showers.

Caleta de Fuste is just a short distance away, where you can find beautiful beaches, great restaurants, cafes and bars, as well as a variety of shops and a lovely marina. Other activities including crazy golf, scuba diving, snorkelling, surfing, paddle boarding, jet skis, glass bottom boat, catamaran tours, and trike tours are all available.

The Beach and the Atlantico Shopping Centre, with supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants are all only a 15-20 minute walk away or around €4-€5 in a taxi. There is plenty of free parking around the property should you hire a car to get around and explore the island.

The Fuerteventura Golf Course and the Elba Palace Hotel are minutes away, where you can enjoy Fuerteventura’s 18 hole course and rent equipment.
