Villa Zeus is a contemporary luxury residence in the serene village of Sellia, a short drive from Plakias and the celebrated beaches of South Crete. The middle level includes two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds that can be joined on request, both with en suite bathrooms. On the lower level you will find two further queen-size bedrooms, each en suite, alongside a convenient kitchenette.



Soft natural tones, quality materials and refined furnishings create an atmosphere of understated elegance throughout. Outdoors, a private 35 sq. m swimming pool takes center stage, bordered by sun loungers, poofs and umbrellas. Furnished terraces and a landscaped garden provide inviting spots for alfresco dining and sunset drinks while enjoying widescreen vistas of the Cretan Sea and the surrounding hills. The location is ideal for exploring South Crete. Foteinari Beach lies 2.7 km away, Skinos Beach 4 km and Souda Beach 3.7 km, while Plakias and Makrya Beach are about 2.5 km from the villa with restaurants, cafés and shops close at hand. Rethymno Town is 32 km away and Chania International Airport is 93.7 km away. Nature lovers will enjoy the nearby Kotsifou Gorge and the coastal paths that lace the wider area.
