Dione Villa is a brand-new luxury residence located in the peaceful village of Sellia, just a few minutes from Plakias and the famous beaches of South Crete. The villa unfolds over three levels and covers a total area of 207 sq. m. The upper level features an open-plan living room with large windows and stunning views, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and guests WC. From this level, guests have direct access to the swimming pool and the outdoor spaces.



The middle level includes two bedrooms — one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds that can be joined in a large bed — both with en suite bathrooms.



On the lower level, there are two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds, each with its own en suite bathroom. All interiors are decorated in a modern style with natural materials and soft tones that create a sense of understated luxury and warmth.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private 35 sq. m. pool and a 12 sq. m. children’s pool, surrounded by sun loungers, poofs and umbrellas. The landscaped garden, furnished terraces and barbecue area create the perfect setting for dining and relaxation, with spectacular views of the South Cretan Sea and the surrounding mountains. The entire property is fenced, ensuring privacy and safety.



Dione Villa provides every modern comfort, including air conditioning and heating throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, washing machine and dryer, five Smart TVs (four 32” and one 65”), Wi-Fi, a PlayStation 5, a safe and private parking for two cars. Guests are also provided with bathrobes for extra comfort, while the kitchen includes an espresso coffee machine (Nespresso) for your daily coffee moments.
