The villa is spread over two levels.

Upon entering the upper floor, guests are greeted by a spacious open-plan living area with a refined contemporary design. The fully equipped modern kitchen connects seamlessly to the stylish living room, featuring a 55-inch smart TV for your entertainment.This level also hosts two elegant bedrooms with king-size beds, one of which includes an en-suite bathroom, along with a separate shared shower/WC.Descending via the internal staircase, the lower level offers a more intimate ambiance with three beautifully appointed double bedrooms, two of them with en-suite shower/wc , ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.



Outdoor Area:

The villa’s exterior spaces are equally impressive. The private swimming pool (5m x 12m) features an integrated jacuzzi, while a separate children’s pool (2m x 4m) provides a safe and fun area for younger guests. Surrounded by lush gardens and comfortable outdoor furnishings, the pool terrace is ideal for lounging, sunbathing, or enjoying al fresco meals.
