This charming 25m² retreat is the perfect choice for couples or friends looking for a memorable stay in the city. Designed with a modern and cosy touch, it offers a bright, relaxing, and welcoming atmosphere — ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The living area features a practical open-plan kitchen and dining space, perfect for cooking and spending time together. You’ll find everything you need, including an oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and all necessary cookware to prepare your favourite meals.

The bathroom provides all the essentials for a comfortable stay, with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make you feel right at home.

On an elevated level, accessible by a few stairs, the sleeping area offers a comfortable queen-size bed, ample storage space, and a TV to enjoy your favourite shows.

The studio opens onto a lovely private outdoor terrace — the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast in the morning or dinner as the sun sets.

The property is professionally cleaned before every stay for your comfort.

NOTE: It is located on the 1st floor and accessible by stairs only (the building does not have a lift). The curtains let some light through, so the natural light may interfere with sleep for those sensitive to it.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the heart of Porto, this area is one of the city’s most vibrant and dynamic places to stay. Surrounded by historic charm and vibrant urban life, it offers easy access to shops, cafes, and some of the city's most iconic landmarks. The neighbourhood combines tradition with modern energy, making it a great base for exploring Porto’s culture, architecture, and local cuisine.

Visitors can enjoy a truly authentic experience, with attractions, restaurants, and public transport all within walking distance. Whether you’re here for sightseeing, shopping, or simply soaking up the city’s atmosphere, this central location offers the perfect mix of convenience and character.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest subway station, Bolhão, is just a 1-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
