There are plenty of public parking spaces around the apartment and both the city center, the Messe Center Graz and all facilities for daily needs are within walking distance. The apartment is very centrally located, both for guests who are just passing through by car or train, as well as for all those who have succumbed to the city's charm and want to experience the city with its many sights. Within the city, the apartment is connected to streetcar lines 4 and 5 as well as bus line 34, the Ostbahnhof train station connects it to Graz's main train station in just a few minutes and Graz Airport as well as the A2 and A9 highways are only a 15-minute drive away. Since 1999, the entire city center of Graz has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site, in 2003 Graz was the European Capital of Culture, countless festivals such as the “Styriarte”, the Austrian film festival ‘Diagonale’, “La Strada”, the “Styrian Autumn”, as well as the excellent art and cultural offerings of the Graz Opera, the Schauspielhaus, the Musikverein and much more round off the offer.
