Apartment Petit Stade, hosted by More Mountain offers *THE BEST LOCATION*, directly opposite the Pleney Telecabine, Ski Schools and Tremplin in the centre of town. The apartment boasts 3 oversized Ensuite bedrooms, sleeping 7 people with plenty of stylish living space. The generous size and space of this apartment (125m2) is an absolute winner. Family-friendly, great for kids and adults alike with its fantastic location and close proximity to all local amenities.

We don’t do keys under the doormat! Hosted by More Mountain, our concierge team will liaise with you before arrival and personally meet you at the apartment to welcome you, show you around, and remain available throughout your stay for any assistance or advice you may need.

You can't get a better location, the Pleney slopes are on the doorstep of this apartment. Enjoy an amazing location right in the centre of town with all the bars, restaurants and local amenities literally on your doorstep.

Kids and adults alike will love the proximity to the slopes and all Morzine has to offer - bars, restaurants, supermarkets... There's even a créperie underneath the apartment!

The whole apartment is at your disposal. There is also a private boot room with heated boot dryers, and large lockable garage which is great for storage of mountain bikes and private undercover parking for 2 cars.

Le Petit Stade is located in the heart of Morzine, a stones throw from the ski runs, restaurants and bars. The building also has its very own ski hire shop, Pleney Sports, and so ski hire and fitting services are on the doorstep.

It is a generous size and space, on the first floor of our Le Stade development.

LAYOUT (125 metres sq.)

You enter the apartment into a large open plan living area which features a spacious lounge with balconies overlooking Morzine, huge comfy sofas, large dining table and a modern kitchen with breakfast bar and all mod cons including wine and beer fridge as well as washing machine and tumble dryer.

Its enormous size makes it comfortable for 7 people with 3 full size double/twin bedrooms, all of which have their own ensuite bathrooms. The largest can also be configured as a triple room with three single beds. All windows are triple glazed and feature shutters to keep the noise out so you can be rest assured of a good nights sleep despite the central location.

There is the usual Bose speaker and large flatscreen TV with UK and French TV, Netflix, a Games Console, and Free WiFi. The private boot room has heated boot dryers and Petit Stade shares a private underground garage with Chalet Le Stade which is great for storage of Mountain Bikes and provides parking for 2 cars.

To go further afield, the free ski shuttle buses stop right outside the apartment to whisk you to Prodains (for access to Avoriaz) or around Morzine town.
