The apartment is in a quiet yet central location within Morzine. You also have a fabulous Pizza restaurant on the doorstep called Improviste. Well worth a visit! Walking home back after a few beers at aprés is easy too.

The apartment offers quick access to the slopes via the free ski shuttle bus. It takes approx 10 minutes walk to the nearest telecabine. The terrace has amazing views of Pointe de Nyon.

On the ground floor there is the 30 sqm garden terrace with outdoor hot tub and private entrance to the property. There are also 3 double/twin bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a separate toilet.

Upstairs to the first floor, there is a stunning and impressive open plan living space with a wood burning stove, vaulted ceilings and mountain views. The dining area comfortably seats 8/10 around an oak table and the kitchen comes fully equipped with a Nespresso Machine, dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and plenty of workspace.
There is also a 4th ensuite bedroom and a covered private terrace.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer plus a Mezzanine above the lounge which features a home cinema set up and another sleeping area for 2 adults/kids on a quality sofa bed.

The four Bedrooms have private ensuite shower rooms, with warm wooden flooring, built-in storage, and character features.
