You will have the entire studio apartment to yourself. The outdoor area (including parking), although for exclusive use, is shared access.

The space is located within the Quinta da Moura Country Club area (Tennis & Padel). Court and lesson reservations are made and paid for directly at the club.

This is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and explore what Greater Lisbon has to offer: explore Lisbon, Cascais or Sintra, go to the beach or just relax.

Please read the "house rules" at the bottom of the page before booking: only registered guests are allowed to enter the property. Guests/visitors are not allowed on the property, even if they are not staying overnight. Exceptional situations must be communicated and authorized in advance.

This is a studio apartment on a ground floor/street level basement.

There is only this studio apartment on this floor. The studio is independent and private, and has a separate entrance. The total internal area is 70 m2.

The outdoor leisure area (right outside the apartment) is for exclusive use, but with shared access for the other floors of the villa.

Other things to keep in mind:

1. The temperature in summer generally ranges between 17 and 25 degrees Celsius. The apartment does not have air conditioning, as it is not necessary since the apartment maintains an optimal temperature, even on extremely hot days.

2. In winter, an electric heater is provided. During the night, the heater is automatically switched off. No other heating devices are allowed. If necessary, additional blankets will be provided.

3. There is a Smart TV in the living area, with access to national and international channels and access to major streaming platforms via a guest account.

4. Please dispose of diapers and feminine hygiene products in the provided trash can. Do not flush them down the toilet to avoid plumbing problems.

**If you plan to use the sofa bed, please let me know in advance.** Otherwise, I will not leave out the bed linen by default.**

**Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area.**
