The living area features a TV, an open fireplace, comfortable seating, air conditioning, and a closed piano. Both the living and dining areas open onto a terrace. The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, and electric kettle, and leads out to a furnished veranda ideal for outdoor meals.
