The villa is fully air-conditioned, equipped with a private elevator, and has a secure private garage. Outdoors, the landscaped garden includes a sunbathing deck and a private swimming pool, perfect for leisurely afternoons. Amenities such as Wi-Fi, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, safe box, and security systems including CCTV, fire alarm, door camera, and light and blind control systems are all provided for comfort and safety.



Guests are welcomed from 16:00 on the day of arrival, with early check-in available subject to availability, and check-out at 10:00 with express check-out facilities. A refundable security deposit is required at check-in, the amount of which will be confirmed upon booking. Optional extras such as housekeeping services, laundry and dry cleaning, airport transfers, or in-villa dining with a private chef are available on request and are charged separately.
