Villa Asterion is part of a distinguished complex set within a 13-acre olive grove on the Kefalonian mountainside, offering a retreat that combines natural beauty with refined luxury. Surrounded by ancient olive trees and designed with architectural elegance, this residence reflects the essence of the island while providing a sanctuary of peace and sophistication. The complex consists of six villas in total, each with a private pool, yet Villa Asterion stands out for its comfort, privacy, and the seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living.



This split-level villa spans 100 m² and accommodates up to five guests. On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a refined dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a powder bathroom. Ascending upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen-sized bed, both featuring ensuite bathrooms. The villa provides sea, mountain, and garden views from its terraces, creating a perfect balance between relaxation and inspiration. Every detail, from the premium mattresses to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, and modern appliances, has been considered to ensure an elevated stay.



Outdoors, Villa Asterion offers a private infinity pool with sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, a landscaped garden, a barbecue, and a shaded terrace for alfresco living. Guests also enjoy access to the shared children’s playground and organic vegetable garden within the complex. The villa has secure independent entry, a private parking area for two cars, and even an EV charger for electric vehicles.



A refundable damage deposit of €300 is required upon arrival, collected by credit card and reimbursed within 7 to 14 days after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. Guests under 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, and the property does not accept hen, stag, or similar parties.
