The villa unfolds across two levels, with the ground floor offering a welcoming living space, furnished with soft sofas and natural tones that highlight the sense of relaxation. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and coffee machine, ensures that every culinary need is met, whether preparing a light breakfast or a leisurely evening meal. This level also features one bedroom with two single beds and its own en suite bathroom, as well as an additional shared WC for convenience. The upper floor hosts the remaining bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, each carefully designed to provide both comfort and tranquility, complemented by private bathrooms with showers or baths.



Outdoors, Villa Melinoe presents its most alluring feature: a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, inviting guests to spend long hours basking in the sun or enjoying refreshing dips. A shaded dining area and a barbecue provide the perfect setting for al fresco meals, framed by the gardens and trees that surround the property. From the terrace and poolside, guests can enjoy calming views of the gardens and inner courtyard, offering a blend of seclusion and natural beauty.



The villa also provides modern amenities such as air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine, ensuring the comforts of home are always at hand. A children’s high chair is available for families, and private parking is provided on site. Please note that Villa Melinoe is a non-smoking property and does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties. Guests under 18 years of age may only check in when accompanied by a parent or official guardian. A refundable damage deposit of €300 is required on arrival, collected in cash, and reimbursed in full at check-out, subject to inspection of the property.
