Apartment Pnyx is part of a beautifully restored 19th-century neoclassical complex, located in the very heart of Plaka, Athens’ most historic and picturesque neighborhood. With the Acropolis and all major archaeological sites only minutes away on foot, this residence places guests at the center of the city’s ancient past while offering modern comforts of the highest standard. Fully renovated in 2018, the complex has retained its original character, preserving hardwood floors, high ceilings, and period woodwork, while blending in contemporary amenities and refined furnishings to create an elegant urban retreat.



This spacious apartment occupies an entire floor of the townhouse and measures 160 m², offering three well-appointed bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a bright living room with a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. A major highlight is the exclusive courtyard garden, an oasis of calm where guests can relax after a day of exploring. The interiors are furnished with premium pieces, including Coco-Mat mattresses and a mix of new and carefully restored vintage elements. Modern amenities include washer and dryer, flat-screen televisions with streaming services, and high-speed Wi-Fi (100 Mbps), making it also suitable for those who wish to work remotely during their stay. The third bedroom and bathroom are accessed through the inner courtyard, offering additional privacy. The twin bedrooms can also be prepared as doubles on request.

Families are warmly welcomed, and baby cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost. Please note that parties are strictly not permitted. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Apartment Pnyx is also available, upon request, for film productions, photography, or commercial projects. For larger groups, the apartment may be booked together with other accommodations within the same complex.



Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Guests should also be aware that a refundable security deposit may be required on arrival, which will be reimbursed in full at check-out subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.



The local management team maintains the apartment to the highest standards and is on hand to assist throughout your stay. Stringent cleaning and hygiene protocols are followed in accordance with the guidelines of the World Health Organization and the Greek government, including thorough disinfection between stays and the option for contactless check-in and check-out.
