This beautifully renovated apartment combines charm, design, and convenience in one of Lisbon’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Tucked away on a quiet little street, it offers a peaceful retreat just steps from Timeout Market, the iconic Bica funicular, and Cais do Sodré.
The Space:
The apartment spans 100 square meters and features a mezzanine that brings character and light to the space. With nearly six-meter-high ceilings, striking oversized windows, and a stylish mix of designer furniture, the atmosphere feels open, elegant, and inviting. Cozy textures and thoughtful details add warmth, making it feel like a true home away from home.
There are two en-suite bedrooms: one on the main floor and another on the mezzanine, which is open to the living room below. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals after a visit to the market. For comfort in every season, the apartment has two air conditioning and heating systems, one in the suite and another in the living area that also serves the mezzanine. Guests are kindly asked to switch them off when leaving the apartment.
Guest Access:
Guests will have sole access to the entire apartment.
The Neighborhood:
The location could not be better. Timeout Market is just around the corner and is a must-visit for food and culture lovers. From here, it’s easy to reach Chiado, either by taking the Bica funicular or climbing the stairways next to it. Cais do Sodré station is a short walk away, connecting you to the metro, trains to Cascais and Estoril, and ferries across the river. For everyday essentials, you’ll find a Pingo Doce supermarket inside the station, as well as two Minipreço stores nearby, one on Rua São Paulo and another on Rua de São Bento. The surrounding streets are filled with lively cafés, bars, and restaurants, giving you endless options right at your doorstep.
Getting Around:
Getting around the city is effortless, with Uber working seamlessly. Simply use “11 Boqueirão Ferreiros” as your destination. On the rare occasion the street is closed, pickups can be arranged at the corner.
Other Things to Note:
Please do not leave the air conditioning/heating systems running permanently, and above all, remember to switch them off when leaving the house.
