-Max 5 guests; only registered guests allowed overnight.
-Up to 2 visitors at any time.
-The booking guest is responsible for all accompanying guests and damages.
-No pets.
-No parties, loud gatherings, or commercial filming without written consent.
-Quiet Hours: 12 AM – 8 AM, be respectful of neighbors.
-Keep the property tidy; extra fee for excessive mess.
-Park only in the assigned space; do not block others.
-No candles, charcoal grills, or open flames indoors.
-Always lock all doors and windows when leaving.
-Never leave keys in locks or unattended.
-Do not tamper with safety or security devices (smoke detectors, routers)
-Report any maintenance issues immediately to customer support.
-Return furniture to original position.
-Dispose of all trash in designated bins.
-Remove the magnetic card from the wall switch before leaving to turn off electricity.
-Lock the door securely when exiting the apartment.
-Penalties apply for:
Damages, missing items, or lost keys.
Rule violations, pet damages, or excessive cleaning.
Unauthorized late check-out.
Host reserves the right to terminate stay for major violations without refund

-Emergency: Call local authorities immediately for fire, injury, or danger
