Villa Kallisti is an exquisite beachfront residence in southern Chania, Crete, resting directly above the deep blue waters of the Libyan Sea. This exclusive retreat perfectly blends traditional Cretan charm with contemporary design, creating a serene haven that celebrates natural beauty, elegance, and authenticity. Designed with a deep respect for its surroundings, the architecture combines stone, marble, and wood, while the play of light through Claustra brick screens and “kourasani” plaster walls enhances the villa’s distinctive character. Arched passages seamlessly unite the indoor and outdoor spaces, offering uninterrupted sea views and an immediate sense of connection with nature.



Covering 140 square metres, Villa Kallisti accommodates up to six guests in three spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. An additional sleeping area with two bunk beds, separated by a wardrobe, allows for two extra guests, making the property ideal for families or groups. The villa’s interiors feature soft earth tones, handcrafted furnishings, and fine textures that create a soothing, homely atmosphere.



Set within a private 1,800-square-metre garden, the outdoor area includes an infinity saltwater pool with the option of heating at an extra charge, a Jacuzzi, and a beautifully landscaped terrace surrounded by aromatic herbs and native flora. Guests can enjoy leisurely days by the pool or al fresco dining under the stars with a gas barbecue and pizza oven. For an additional fee, massages, yoga sessions, and grocery deliveries can be arranged to enhance the experience.



Inside, the villa offers a fully equipped modern kitchen with premium appliances, a coffee machine, and everything required for gourmet cooking. Entertainment amenities include a flat-screen TV, video games, and a Bluetooth sound system, while high-speed Starlink internet ensures guests can work remotely or stream seamlessly.



Daily housekeeping, three times per week, and pool cleaning every other day are included in the stay. A personal concierge service can assist with car hire, excursions, and reservations at nearby tavernas or cultural sites. Guests can explore scenic hiking routes such as the E4 trail, visit charming local villages, or discover the pristine beaches of southern Crete.



A refundable damage deposit of €1,800 is required upon arrival and will be returned within seven days after check-out, subject to property inspection. Pool heating, massage treatments, yoga sessions, and grocery deliveries are available at an additional cost. Pets are welcome on request, with possible charges. Smoking and events are not permitted, and quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 07:00. Children of all ages are welcome, and a complimentary cot is available upon request.
