The apartment Andrea is situated on the ground floor of a 3-story house and is tastefully furnished in a cozy and modern style. Comfortable luxury, daily breakfast and attentive hotel-like services, and what a fantastic location!

This holiday home (190 m²) sleeps 6 guests in 3 ensuite bedrooms:
The spacious living room features a sitting area with couches and TV, and an open space kitchen with island and dining table. Large windows open out onto the terrace and garden.
The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms with each its own bathroom with shower.
In the back of the house, accessible through an inner courtyard, you’ll find a private sauna and wine cellar.

Enjoy the private garden and terrace complete with a grill, and unwind on the sun loungers that face the lake. The infinity pool right by the shores is shared with the two other apartments of the house, and there is a jetty where boats can be moored.

The Apartment Andrea is situated on a lakeside plaza in the hamlet Campo (part of Lenno, Tremezzina), a few steps away from the Villa Balbiano. It is one of the most sought-after areas of Lake Como, ideally located centrally of the lake so you can easily visit and discover all the wonderful sights and attractions around. You’ll find many typical Italian boutiques and excellent local trattorias nearby. Hop on a ferry and explore the enchanted Como lake towns of Bellagio, Varenna, and much much more.

RENTAL CONDITIONS - APARTMENT ANDREA:
Included:
Daily breakfast delivery, concierge services, daily cleaning (1h), air conditioning, heating, bed linen plus bathroom and pool towels (change as needed), sauna, safe, wireless internet, smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, baby bed and high chair, garden, barbecue, shared swimming pool (8 x 3 m), boat jetty, parking

Extra to be paid upon arrival:
- Security deposit by credit card (refundable): 1000 euro
- Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable
- Wine cellar: as per consumption

Arrival and departure:
Minimum stay of 3 nights.

Note:
- Domestic animals not allowed.
- Parties or events not allowed.
- Swimming pool opened seasonally; please contact us for the dates before booking.
- The swimming pool and boat jetty are shared with the other apartments of the house.

Private chef and other catering options, pre-stocking, extra cleaning and change of linen, personal trainer and massage, tour guide, boat & bike rentals, and other extra services: upon prior request only - we will gladly provide you with the direct contact details of the service providers to enhance your villa vacation experience.
Important: pre-authorization of any in-villa services by external people is required by the owner of the villa, and for some properties the services can be organised only by trusted persons of the owner. Please enquire before booking.

RENTAL CONTRACT:
