The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each stay, though it may not reflect the standards of a newly renovated property.

This 100 m² 5-room apartment on the 1st floor (only stairs) in Vienna’s 23rd district is ideal for families or groups of up to 12 guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom for a comfortable stay.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160 × 200 cm), a sofa bed, and an extra sofa for one guest, plus a wardrobe and dining set, accommodating 3 guests.

Bedroom 2 also has a double bed, sofa bed, extra sofa, and wardrobe, accommodating 3 guests.

Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 each have a double bed, wardrobe, and dining table with two chairs, accommodating 2 guests each.

In total, the apartment can host up to 12 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, cutlery, and cookware, giving you everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Dining tables are available inside some bedrooms, providing convenient spots for eating or working.

A washing machine is available inside the apartment for your laundry needs.

The apartment has one private full bathroom with a shower and toilet in the same room, clean and easily accessible.
