The Space:

A rare stand-alone home in Milan, spread across three levels to live and work in style. On the lower level, a convivial lounge with sofa, smart TV with Netflix and a full bathroom—your private cinema after a day in the city. At ground level, a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, fridge, moka and utensils), a bright dining room for meals or meetings, a versatile extra room and a second bathroom: flexible and functional. Upstairs, a spacious sunlit office ideal for remote work and creative sessions sits next to a comfortable bedroom and the third bathroom, so everyone keeps their own rhythm. Outdoors, a small private garden extends the living area for open-air breakfasts or evening drinks and leads to a private gym with essential equipment. Simple materials, thoughtful details, fast Wi-Fi and climate control make Loft Nicholas a refined, efficient base for your Milan stay.



The Neighborhood:

Step outside between Loreto and NoLo, a lively, creative district. By day it’s a mosaic of artisan shops, world cuisines and cafés; at night it lights up with cocktail bars and honest trattorias. Parco Trotter is close for a run or a read, and local markets let you shop like a Milanese. Side streets hide studios, galleries and vintage stores; along Viale Monza you’ll find everyday services, pharmacies and supermarkets. By bike you’ll reach Isola and Porta Nuova in minutes; by metro you’re downtown for museums, shopping and exhibitions. For curated tips: start with specialty coffee, an easy lunch between bakeries and dumpling bars, then an author’s aperitivo and modern Italian cuisine for dinner. The vibe is authentic yet international—ideal if you want Milan slightly off-track but close to everything. Navigli and Brera are within easy reach in the evening.



Getting Around:

Getting around is effortless: Viale Monza is well connected. Within minutes on foot you reach the M1 (red line) with fast links to Duomo, Cadorna and the main hubs. Buses and trams serve the area; taxis and car-sharing are easy to hail. Arriving by train? Centrale, Porta Garibaldi and Lambrate are a short ride away. Driving? Paid street parking and private garages are available nearby. Neighborhood bike lanes make bike-sharing a smart option, perfect to explore NoLo, Isola and Porta Nuova.
